Final Learning Reflection
As we are coming to an end of the spring semester in the class of psychology, I am going to write this blog post of most of the things that we discussed in this class. At the very beginning of the class, we went over simply how to make a blogger page! We soon later learned about the history of psychology and what makes it important. We learned about the brain and how it behaves, and sensation and perception. Nature vs. nurture and also a lot about personality. Learned about memory, motivation, and emotions. Lastly, we learned about psychological disorders and mental health! Some of the topics that stood out to me the most was learning about psychological disorders and mental health. These stood out to me the most because I learned about things that I've personally been through and how to understand them more.
