M7 task
For this task I decided to do task number 3. Which is the strengths exercise. I was suppose to take the test to find my top three strengths and use them in my every day life within the week. My top three strengths are 1. Appreciation, 2. Gratitude, 3. Self-control. I thought long and hard of three ways I could use each of things and to be honest, it was actually a little hard to think of all three. For appreciation, I thought I could start telling people in my life how much I appreciate them and everything that they have done for me. And the second thing was just simply appreciating how my life is right now and everything happening in it. For the first example I used this a lot. I went up to my mom actually and told her that I appreciate her and she actually started crying, it hurt my heart more than anything to actually see that she didn’t feel appreciated.
